Najah ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Najah mobile application. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the App. This includes:

• Personal Identifiers: Full name, gender, and school name (Publicly displayed on leaderboards for competition purposes).
• Contact Information: Mobile phone number (Used strictly for account authentication and prize distribution contact).
• Activity Data: Quiz scores, completion timestamps, and total points earned.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, please email delete@najah.so with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request and remove all your personal data from our servers within 7 business days.

4. Data Safety & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/HTTPS) technology. Access to your personal data is limited to authorized personnel only.

5. Children’s Privacy

Najah is an educational platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services (such as Google Play Services) that may collect information used to identify you. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties for marketing purposes.
